"Everything about this inn was impeccable. Staff was polite, helpful, kind and patient. The rooms were nicely appointed, very clean and nice. One complaint would be that the blinds do not block enough of the light coming into the room while sleeping. But everything else was absolutely wonderful!"

"Big comfi room with all you need tonhave a good stay. Staff is amicable and helpful. The area around the hotel is walkable and has plenty of dining options around. Not much in terms of amenities, just a fireplace"

The breakfast each morning was nice and Brophy’s Tavern is a convenient option for a quick bite or drink. The food was delicious. We definitely will be back to the hotel! "

"Looks better in person than in the pictures! Clean room. Parking is very limited in their lot. Street parking would be next available. So close to everything!! Walked everywhere. No AC but room was cool at night. "

"I was on the first floor, so the ocean was certainly not in view, and there were multiple houses in front of this house-like hotel so I doubt there was much of a view on the second floor. The water is very hot. The floors were heated even the toilet seat was heated. The whole experience was very luxurious and clean. "The property is really cute and the location is excellent! It is within walking distance of Ocean Avenue where there’s lots of shopping and a variety of restaurants. Be aware it is an old inn so it does not have air conditioning and the wall heater in the bedroom will not heat the bathroom. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"We called ahead to avoid being put in a room we had stayed in before, where staff constantly walk past the window at the exact height of the bed. There are no top-down curtains, so this feels very intrusive. Guess what room we got? Yep. The same one. We have stayed here 3 times, and 2 of those have been terrible. Great location, but very poor layout, and the staff seems frustrated with their jobs, so not responsive to guests. "
