"Property was amazing. A little tucked away hotel on the outskirts of Carmel with direct access to the beach. We did have a little snafu with check-in staff we provided Hillary with our phone number and they were supposed to have texted us when our room was ready and they forgot. The one amazing aspect of this hotel is they do have a chauffeur driver that will take you into downtown and pick you up. No need to drive your car. Other than the snafu we had an amazing time."

They handed me a restaurant booklet, which was helpful for options, but they didn’t offer any personal suggestions or go the extra mile to assist. The King room was extremely small—small doesn’t even begin to describe it. There was barely enough space to open one suitcase while still being able to move around...

"The place is in great location, close to everything (walkable to restaurants, shopping centers, to the beach) the place is clean, the staff's are awesome 👌 and breakfast is great 👍. The only thing missing compare to all the hotels I've been is no microwave and small refrigerator 😒."
