It was misleading because the listing says room service is included and available, but you have to request it and sometimes it is hard to get in touch with the management. They also said that they change sheets and towels - and indeed they did - but simply dropped off the clean ones in a trash bag and told us we had to change our own sheets. The toilet also blocked twice and our sink did not drain properly. We...

"The property was very clean and organized. The only issue was with the management agency. I sent an email and phoned regarding the safe and they could not get a response to me until 3 days into my stay. Had I locked my passport up and was not able to access it for my trip home that would have been a disaster. The agent should be much more responsive."
