"The room was very nice. Loved the shower which also had a hand shower attachment. The cleaning staff were really nice and complimentary snacks were added to the room each day along with bottled water. Our room was on the back and very quiet. We did have to keep our window open to maintain a comfortable temperature. We went to the bar twice and had drinks and snacks. The bartender was lovely and helped us choose drinks. Free chips & nuts were refilled as well. "

"From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we were treated like royalty at the Chesterfield Mayfair. The hotel staff goes above and beyond. It has a restaurant, beautiful bar with live music, a beautiful rooftop bar and a tea service. I highly recommend this hotel. We were sad to leave. We would definitely stay here again."

"The staff were all pleasant, especially the duty manager, Kieran. There were a few poor service issues which were quickly addressed and more than made up for. Kieran personally came to my room to apologise and suggest a resolution. All the staff we spoke to were lovely, the doorman Martino was great. Breakfast was nice, with both halal sausages & cold meats and pork sausages & bacon offered, catering to most patrons. Views over kensington gardens were awesome. The rooms were in great condition...

"The breakfast was not great, no toaster to heat the toasts, the waffle seemed to be from the day before, the danish area was not filled, and it took a long time to get my latte, that arrived cold !
The room had a spider web on the ceiling and a little spider was roaming around… stayed at this hotel few years back and it was impeccable… not anymore sadly!"

"Hotel was conveniently located for arrival at Victoria Station. Steps to Wicked. Many dining options around. Included breakfast was excellent. Room was quite large and comfortable for the price point in London. Only issue was we had booked a deluxe double and was initially given an accessible room with one bed. Staff were quick to help and moved us to the correct room the next morning. Thank you! "
