"The rooms are very small and make it difficult to live out of a large suitcase. However, I will say that this is probably the quietest hotel that I have ever been in, which was unexpected in the heart of London. I appreciated the availability of bottled filtered water and in-room coffee maker. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for solo travellers."

"I would have rated this property an overall excellent with the exception of one major issue. The hotel is beautiful, new and has gorgeous decor. Our king room, although “compact” had NO storage for our clothes other than 5 hangers. No chest of drawers, shelves, etc. I had to stack our packing cubes on top of a vanity serving as a nightstand. "The property was tired and in need of an upgrade for the cost it was charging its clients. The tiled floor in one of the lifts was badly cracked. The seat in the toilet of my suite was in need of replacement. The chairs and sofa within the suite had low backs and was very basic and uncomfortable.
