"Brilliant hotel. Rooms are clean, comfortable and great value. When i arrived i was greeted by "Da" who got me checked in, exchanged money for me with the going rate and he booked me a trip to Ninh Binh all in the space of 15 minutes. Nothing was a problem, it was a perfect stay"

"The staff was lovely and the location was great. I did not feel the hotel was 5 star when compared to other 5 star hotels in the area. Our room was disappointing/not as expected which we voiced to the staff at check in and through a review after we checked out. The hotel manager reached out to apologize and corrected as best he could which I appreciated. Overall the experience was fine but I wouldn’t stay here again. "
