"Nice place"

"Lovely room and amazing shower. A few things that would improve overall visit- the green emergency light above the bedroom door casts light into the room all night and really impacts sleep for people who need a dark room? It was rather like having a nightlight you could not switch off. Would also be nice to have more than one towel and a mirror in the bedroom to dry hair. Comfortable bed but I didn’t sleep well due to the light issue unfortunately "

"Had a lovely couple of nights. Evening meal in the restaurant was delicious, and the breakfasts were superb. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Wish we'd had more energy and better weather to explore the grounds."

"Very noisy front room, woken up every time a car passed. Breakfast was very small and not given choice of white or brown toast, had to ask for everything sugar, tea spoon, salt etc (when I could track down someone!)."
