"The food was ok. Nothing great, but not terrible. Cheap lower grade alcohol.
Wi-Fi strength was good, but signal was lost every time when you change location, and you have to login again and again, multiple times a day.
We specifically booked an ocean view room, paid for it higher price. They didn't offer it. We've got a pool view room with very small portion of the ocean visible. The hotel didn't want to change anything. They called our room as "partial ocean view". They do have real ocean...

"Staff was great but buildings were a bit of a mess and hard to find things due to ongoing construction. Room door and shower were broke but never fixed. Great view of the ocean and ability to rent beds. Been coming here for years but it’s been slowly going downhill. Also the fact that the literal minute we checked in we had someone trying to sell us a Krystal membership through a “welcome breakfast” that they wanted me to pay them $20 for was extremely offputting. "

"This was a clean hotel and staff was excellent. Rooms were on the older side and in need of a renovation. The food was excellent mostly Mexican with a few Canadian dishes and drinks yummy.
Beach is a short walk and though we were asked several times an hour to purchase items. Usually a simple no gracias works.
Never had an issue getting beach chairs or pool chairs. Beach bar tenders were excellent.
We liked this hotel for the price and what we received. It was a lower cost all inclusive that...

"We were supposed to be at Zoho but unfortunately we were not. The week before we arrived Moxybnb switched us to Deck 12 they said the apartment in zoho was under repair. Although we appreciate having a place to stay the move was definitely a downgrade. Week 2 we are at Zoho and it’s a very nice facility "

"Porque no avisan que tienen una obra a media construcción y que se usa muy poca parte del hotel, las áreas sucias y descuidadas, los huéspedes cuelgan ropa en el balcón y no les dicen nada, se ve muy mal, los vendedores ambulantes se meten hasta la cocina y no dejan a uno descansar, está bien que vendan pero por fuera donde está delimitado, la comida muy sencilla los camastros muy sucios, todo muy mal a excepción de algunos meseros y personal, teníamos una gotera en el baño. "

"We had to change rooms, the standard room was filthy, no balcony, very dirty, with bathtub facet hanging from the tub. Really depressing. Our upgrade for the week for additional $300 was a bit better. We went somewhere else for our 2nd week. Oh and they try to sell time shares for highrise next door, they don't tell you what the sales presentation is but, if you go to it, they offer 4000 pesos in cupons, but then try to give you 2000...if your on a tight budget its ok..if you have some to...
