"Overall really pleased with our stay. We’ve stayed here a few times and always enjoyed it.
Overall staff and hotel are excellent.
My only issue this time round is that I paid for our stay through Expedia early October when booking. On checkout last Friday 30th Sea Containers have then charged us full price again. I’ve spoken to 4 separate front desk staff to get this resolved as I’ve now had to pay this again off my credit card and on all 4 occasions no-one has resolved this or called me back...

"The room is spacious and tidy but there is no USB charge plug at all in the room (room 744). I am from north America and the electric plug does not fit at all. I have inquired to the front desk and they have no knowledge . the manager need to come to my room to have a look. I think having a USB plug at the wall is a very basic thing charging cell phone using USB . Very disappointed
And other thing will be the TV reception is really poor (The one in front of the bed). no channel can be...

"Fuse blew twice in one day. Second time it happened was late at night so had to wait till morning to get it fixed. Fridge switched off during that time so food/drink ended up going to waste.
Towel heater in the bathroom wasn’t working, reported twice but didn’t get fixed.
Bit of a disappointment overall."
