"An absolute (new) hidden gem for London hotel options! I had the pleasure of staying a few nights and I highly recommend it. The staff are lovely and a shout-out to the reception team who were friendly, helpful, and supportive. The hotel is very new and so has the new-smell vibe and so make for a very comfortable stay. The room was very well appointed and a comfortable size for central London, with excellent soundproofing from external noise and between rooms. The bed was great and the bathroom...

"If I ever go to London again, I will be staying at the this hotel again. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. I especially liked that they had washers and dryers to do laundry. After being in France for a couple days I had quite a bit of laundry to do and this saved me from buying clothes. The pub next door was great for food and beer. All in all, IGH properties are great places to stay."

"This is our second stay at The LaLit London and we were just as impressed this time as we were the last. The staff are very friendly and the room was spacious and accommodating. The daily breakfast is also a fantastic way to start the day. We particularly like that the hotel is outside the centre of London so less hustle and bustle but with easy access to public transport to get around as needed. We look forward to rebooking The LaLit for our next stay in London."

"While the room is spacious and generally clean, the housekeeping service lacks attention to detail. During our stay, the cleaning staff removed our wet towels but failed to replace them. When we notified the front desk, they only provided bath towels, completely omitting the floor mat. A replacement floor mat was badly needed because the shower curtain installation is deeply flawed. "Lovely stay at the Ibis Southwark. A warm welcome on arrival and we were able to get an early check in which was much appreciated. Room was spotlessly clean, tea and coffee provided in room as were bathroom toiletries. Ideally situated near the South Bank and Borough Market. Continental breakfast was varied and plentiful, the fresh pastries were delicious, We loved the quirky decor which added real character to the hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful, We haven’t stayed here before...
