"Overall it was a great experience. We all loved the pool area ,how spacious it was and that it was only 3ft all around. We were disappointed with the food options. We mainly left off property to eat. Even going to the local grocery stores for snacks, because the ONE coffee shop that had good snacks, closes early by 5pm. "

"Pros - Great place to stay for Indian Well, close to a cute downtown area with lots of shops and restaurants. Quiet and relaxing. Cons - they must allow pets here, lots of people have their dogs. Great for them, not so great for other people who had to deal with pet hairs, or had allergies to dogs. They tried to keep it clean, but I am sure people let their pets on the bed and sofa, etc..."

"I went for a mother-daughter trip during spring break and just needed to get away from the cold weather and off to Palm Springs for a week of beautiful sunshine and playing in the hotel pool."

"The room was very comfortable for one and it was incredibly quiet at night. I was there during Coachella so there were DJ’s poolside during the day and evening, but by late night it was quiet. Very clean. I didn’t eat at the restaurants on this trip although I’ve eaten at El Jefe before and found it very good. It was also convenient for my trip."

"Overall it was good for families. Staff was nice and responsive. We loved the pool and it was perfect for little kids. Tons of fun there. The size of room was good and appreciated the full kitchen and washer dryer. Ample parking as well. Some cons: The sofa bed was in rough shape, but king size bed in bedroom was nice. Rooms (bathrooms in particular) and hallways were dated, but were still in good shape. Outdoor carpet on balcony could use replacing. Not sure the $20 USD resort fee per day...
