"Room was very small. The twin beds were very large so if it’s cheaper and you want a king it’s large enough. The shower room is a wet room with separate sink and toilet. No hooks for your towel so not convenient. Open closet as you walk in - also not very user friendly. Front staff not very welcoming and didn’t have great customer service any time we went to speak to them and at check in. "Excellent service from the staff. Since our check-in, we were greeted and assisted by staff. The site is clean and well-maintained, with the necessary amenities for long-haul travellers (e.g., laundry). Additionally, the hotel offers a shuttle to and from the airport, which helps alleviate some of the stress. One memorable moment from this stay is a handwritten letter I received from one of the trainee staff, Okabe-san, welcoming me to Asakusa, Tokyo. Thank you. :)"

"For the past 3 years, I have come every other season and have only stayed at this property. Everyone at the front desk was super nice, attentive, and very helpful. This hotel is about an 8-10-minute walk to Sensoji temple and the 24-hour Donki store, and is just outside the kitchen home area. There are Lawson and 711 not too far away, about a 13-minute walk from Tarawachi station on the Ginza line. It is also close to the Skytree. "This is a great place to stay if you want to be in a quiet area of Tokyo, but still close to the train station so that getting around is easy. The staff is very helpful and friendly. There is a small kitchen with a refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, and stove top. Also the washer/dryer in unit is super convenient. Will definitely stay here again!"
