"We loved our stay at Saju Kyoto. We arrived early and they looked after our bags until it was time to check in. When we checked in we were served matcha tea and Japanese cakes in our room. "Great location and excellent customer service from the front desk staff. They helped us book a taxi and restaurant reservations in advance, and they were incredibly friendly throughout our stay. This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We upgraded to a three-bed room, and it was very spacious and comfortable.
