A fifteen minute walk in various directions got us to exciting markets, or the train station, or high-end shops.

"This hotel is very impressive! It’s located near the Kyoto station, around 5 mins walk. The room is spacious, clean and have everything you needed. The breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. It offers a lot of variety option including fresh tempura and sashimi, etc. The hot spring is also very good which includes 4-5 pools. The hotel also offers free coffee at the lobby, ramen from 9-11pm as well as ice creams. I will definitely come back! "

"Hotel is locate right at the heart of the shopping area, super convenient. Most surprising feature of the room is the washing machine with cloth dryer, it is definitely a A+ for traveler even for a day or two. The staff here is excellent, friendly, kind and offer a lot of help in every aspect. The hotel lobby is small but provide an environment for relaxing and a drink ( it has a choice of soft drinks, wine and sake, most importantly free of charge). This make me and my family a very happy stay in Kyoto. "
