"Casa das Videiras is located on a very narrow, windy one-way street. A few feet past the property is a very small free public parking lot with approximately 8 spots. The location in Seixal is pretty great, because it is walking distance to the public beach and natural swimming pools. It is close to the water which means, you don't have to endure much elevation change when walking around. However, because of its proximity to the water, parking can be challenging at any other time than late...

"Alles in Allem ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Man sollte einen Mietwagen nehmen, obwohl der Bus direkt vor dem Haus hält. Das guesthouse liegt etwas abseits. Parkplätze auf der Straße vorhanden, schnelles Internet, Satellitenfernsehen, Frühstück kann Vorort gebucht. Super lecker. Eier von eigenen Hühnern, Obst zum Teil aus dem Garten. Abends die Möglichkeit einen Absacker zu genießen. Dass Bier braut ein Freund (eine Bar ist zudem direkt gegenüber). Alle Zimmer Meerblick. Die Betreiber kommen aus...

"Stayed here for 6 nights and it was a very cozy place! Pedro and his father Marcello were wonderful hosts and were always around to help. The room was very clean and facilities were adequate, however, the walls in the hostel are rather thin though, so it was noisy at times. Location is good and it's a 10-15 mins walk to the city center. Would stay here again!"

"The house makes a good impression on the first sight and was perfectly clean. But the kitchen equipment was lacking basics like bread knife (provided on request), a sieve or sufficient amount of bowls. At the stove only 3 of 5 plates worked. Both showers were flooding the bathrooms every time. Sleep was interrupted each night several times by barking dogs in the neighborhood (really noisy) and in two sleeping rooms darkening was not possible. The renting agency and craftsmen entered the house...
