"The hotel was amazing! We loved our stay here. The room was more spacious than others we stayed in at Tokyo AND there was AC that actually worked! Which was much needed in July. If you use the gym, it’s very small. There is onsite laundry but you have to dry your clothes multiple times which was annoying. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again"

"When I booked my room, I made it clear that we were four people. However, my son is five years old, and he was not given his own futon. So, I had to raise this concern with the staff. Initially, I was told that I would need to pay extra for another futon. I declined to do this and made it clear that I thought this was deceptive on the part of the hotel management. Later, I was offered a smaller futon for a toddler at no extra charge. It would have been fine if the staff had offered this solution...

"The place was clean and well kept. Is close to Ueno station and that makes it easy to travel to all the attractions. The place is a bit tight for 4 people but we managed. Highly recommend for families looking for a quiet place."

"First impressions is a clean modern unit, is good enough for family of 4, and it is like a small home, my wife surprised they have a rice cooker. So nice to have a kitchen so we can cook. Enjoy the wagyu most of our stay. Walking distance to the JR station but my teenage think is far after we walk all day, but surprisingly quiet. Washing machine in the room is excellent so i can clean my cloth in the room, but need learning time on the machine even they have sort of simple instructions. The...

"The hotel was great overall. It had the basic amenities but the location gave it extra points. It's close walking distance to restaurants, stations and shopping which makes it really easily accessible without walking a lot especially when you have kids. The only downside was the noise.
