"This is a fantastic hotel. From the moment I entered it the front desk team were helpful and took my bags to my room.
The restaurant staff were able to answer my questions including verifying none of the meat is halal. The room service I ordered was great and the room was tidy with plenty of surprise treats (chocolates and a letter!).
It's in a great location and I would definitely stay here again."

"Very comfortable bed, which is important, but the experience was hit or miss in many respects. Positives: Location. Very central and plenty of good restaurants in the immediate area. Across from tube station.
Negatives: room was musty. It was better when we turned off the air conditioning (moldy air) and opened the windows. Breakfast was not worth the price so we only ordered it one morning (there are many great breakfast places right near the hotel)."

"Absolutely loved our short stay in this beautiful hotel. Quirky and boutique, it is perfectly located for anybody wanting to visit the South Kensington area which of course includes the wonderful museums and the Royal Albert Hall which is only 10 minutes walk away. A warm welcome, immaculately clean spacious and really comfortable room, super bathroom with a great shower and lovely large soft fluffy towels, tea and coffee making facilities in the room which were very welcome, air conditioning...

"Staff were professional but it wasn’t the warmest of welcomes. We got a room in the lower ground floor which is below ground level. The window “view” looked out into interior light well - so it felt a bit depressing and dungeon-like. The safe in the room didn’t work. Also the shower had a rain shower head and a hand spray, but it was only partially enclosed with a wall of glass and half of the shower remained open. No matter how we set the rain shower the water splashed out onto the bathroom...

"Hotel tres propre. Situe a 5 min du metro dans un secteur chic et securitaire. A 5 min aussi de 2 epiceries, d une pharmacie et de plusieurs restaurants.
Le personnel a ete tres accueillant et aidant.
Petite cuisinette bien equipee poir nos besoins.
Le seul bemol: pas de cafetiere dans la chambre que nous avions mais il semble qu il y en ait dans des chambres superieures."

"Freezing cold. Traffic noise terrible. Curtains didn’t cover the windows so it was bright all night due to Christmas lights outside. Lots of stairs to climb to access the apartment. Towels were tiny. Photos have been heavily airbrushed and photoshopped. This is a basic, tired flat. "

"great rooms , and perfect location. We had a 2 bed 2 bath suite for 16 nights and really enjoyed our stay! heaps of public transport around! a Tesco just at the corner and 2 minute walk from airport national express drop off. The breakfast were pretty reasonable and the rooms were very clean and great amenities"
