"This hotel has THE BEST staff! The best location and the most beautiful tea room.
Food is great. We had breakfast there every morning.
We definitely will go back every year.
Rooms are so quiet and beds are so comfortable
The decoration is so beautiful. There is a small gym with basic equipment to get a good workout.

J’ai séjourné un jour de plus et ils ont transféré mes bagages dans ma nouvelle chambre.
Le déjeuner est délicieux, copieux et couvre toutes les tendances: oeufs, fromages, bacons, saucisses, légumes, céréales, crêpes…etc.

"The bad: Not a real front desk. An office down a hall with a door that was once locked. Staff unavailable at check in time and ignoring all the people waiting in the front hall. Record breaking awful heat wave in the hit London during our stay. No attempt to provide window box fan to draw in night air or to get portable air conditioning units. Floor fans in the rooms helped but not enough.
Bedrooms have one electric outlet only. Living room and very modern kitchen have many outlets. Why not put...

"駅から近く、また清潔で景観の良い通りにあり、周辺環境は素晴らしいと思いました。アールズコート駅を主に利用したのですが、ヒースロー空港から地下鉄で乗り継ぎなしで来れ、また市内の主要な観光地へのアクセスもよく、便利な場所だと思います。
部屋も清潔でお水のボトルも十分に補充いただきとても快適でした。
また、朝食付きで予約したのですが、味も雰囲気も素晴らしく、4泊の滞在期間中飽きませんでした。
朝食会場の方たちもフロントの方たちもとても親切でした。
残念だったのは、チェックインしてすぐに洗面台の排水がひどく悪いことに気がつき、フロントまで出向いて夕食に出掛けている間に修理をしてもらうよう約束をしたのに、なおっておらず、結局３回出向いてお願いし、一晩我慢して翌日出かけてる間にようやくなおしてもらえました。また、ガーデンビューの部屋で予約していたのですが、窓からは木で庭がほとんど見えない部屋でした。"

"This hotel was in a great location, super close to the tube which made it easy to get around. My 3 friends and I stayed in a room with 2 double beds, it was definitely a little tight with all our luggage but we made it work and had a great time. If you bring luggage, get ready to bring it up the stairs because there is no elevator. Staff was super nice and helpful. They will store your luggage if needed."

"The first room had plenty of black mold and the second one was the same. Nothing about our room was luxurious as they advertised. It smelled musty and the furnishing sparse.
We were told not to book the lower level rooms if we wanted a better suite. That definitely did not match what they advertised.
