"The place opened up a year ago. Easy to get to on the tube from Heathrow Airport on the Picadilly line. My six nights stay was a delight. The studio offers a homey experience. It is a pleasure to read or listen to the music and the common space by the reception which is nicely decorated. and feels like a living room. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming."

"This hotel is going through some renovations which is needed. The bathrooms are dated, the lift is tiny and the hallways are narrow with multiple doors to bypass. We arrive during the heatwave and even though there was an AC unit, it didn’t work and we relied heavily on the fan at night to sleep. They were very stingy with their towels. I also wish there was a small fridge in the room. The location was great though, tucked off a busy street so it was quiet and Hyde park was across the street....

"The best part about this flat was the people running it. We had an issue with the A/C and not knowing how to turn it on and they immediately came to try and help us. However, as for the apartment, I feel like it has potential but it was lacking quite a bit. The place is pretty rundown and everything was dirty, including the walls. What really tipped me over the edge was how the mattress was missing a mattress protector to help prevent bed bugs. The apartment could also do with some black out...
