"The location was central and worked well for us.
The staff were somewhat helpful; however, we were disappointed with how two issues were handled during our stay.
Upon arrival, we left our luggage in the hotel’s care, only to discover that the pull-up handle on one of our suitcases had been broken. "We stayed for 5 nights and would definitely book this hotel again. It was our first trip to London and the location was awesome. Super easy to get to from Heathrow and with both the St. James & Westminster tube stations nearby it was so easy to get around. The hotel was also close enough to get to many of the sights we wanted to see on foot. The staff were kind and friendly and the breakfast was good too. Very reasonably priced with a good selection."
