"Positiv war der tägliche Service mit frischem Wasser im Zimmer sowie die Klimaanlage, die besonders wichtig war, da sich das Zimmer kaum sinnvoll lüften ließ.
Deutliche Schwächen gab es bei der Sauberkeit: Handtücher wurden nicht regelmäßig gewechselt und der Teppich war sichtbar verschmutzt.
Das Zimmer selbst war sehr beengt und bot wenig Komfort.
Insgesamt für kurze Aufenthalte noch akzeptabel, für mehrere Nächte aber nur bedingt empfehlenswert."

"Hot water, good AC, plenty of room, overall fine! Shower area was a little dingy, but this is kinda the norm for this price hotel in London. No mold or anything, just old and worn. Bathroom was overall fine though. Great place to sleep and stay out in the world during the day!"

"The kitchen was well equipped, and there was a hair dryer, iron with board, mirror, and a TV with apps on it. The bed was comfy and the view was decent of the street (I had room 19). The bathroom situation was a little more than inconvenient - having it down the hall wasn’t ideal. You have to disturb your neighbours each time by opening the door of your room. And don’t forget your key code, or you’ll be locked out of your room when you go to use the bathroom. I wrote the code on a piece of paper...

"A small but functional room, especially just for one person. It was comfortable with nice lighting and air conditioning. The breakfast was convenient and easy, and the lounge worked as place to rest in the evening as well. The bathroom door has a small gap along the edges (between the wall and door) and has no lock so this might be awkward if more than one person is staying."

"Property is well located, close to many sites, restaurants, the Thames, etc. Stayed in the past at citizenM in Paris and our stay there was much more enjoyable. We expected the room to be small but the unique configuration of ours ( Room #807) seemed even less spacious.
The dining options and food layout seemed less well done than Paris. The rooms needed to supply wash clothes and the charging port only worked from one USB port - very inconvenient.
Facility otherwise was clean and well kept...
