"Very comfortable room, Excellent bed, bath and overall space. Breakfast was terrific, 24-hour coffee and tea. Desk staff was friendly but maintenance staff not so much. Pool was out of order. Coffee was good, but not outstanding. I would choose the same room again, room 822. It was awesome. No problems, but about 4 stars --- which is still good! "

Brittany, the Supervisor, was extremely helpful with our reservation and answered our questions regarding offsite restaurants. I felt that all the staff/team were friendly and available to help when needed."

"I booked a suite with 2 king size beds, the room I got was a suite with 2 full beds. There was mold in the corner ceiling. The boxsprings were stained.. We slept on top of the covers. The bathtub/shower was dirty. The hotel hallways had a weird smell. The breakfast was okay."

"I had a great stay overall and would definitely recommend this property to other travelers. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Breakfast was good with a nice variety, and everything tasted fresh. The only small issue was that the eggs were a bit watery, but aside from that, everything else was excellent. Parking was easy and felt safe, which made the stay even more convenient. Overall, a very pleasant experience!"

"The staff was very friendly however the property was not the cleanest. The halls smell like dog, the shower does not drain while running you’re standing in a pool of your shower water while washing, the bathroom sink was dirty, and the other hotel guests will stand in front of your window if you’re on the 1st floor and talk loudly for hours. If you’re not desperate I don’t recommend staying here. The pictures on Expedia are very misleading "

"The first room was not clean at all toilet had poop stains, room was dusty. The second room wasnt all that great and there was no hot water. "

"Hotel needs a lot of updates Stuff needs to be trained in customers service. Don't text when customers staining and waiting just to drop the keys Food should be better, no appl juice in the pitcher with "orange juice " stickers. Pillows way too soft No bodywash and handle shower All rest is OK"

"Stayed a couple of nights due to an issue at my apartment. Staff was amazing and extremely helpful. Amenities were really nice. Full equipped kitchen, and outside felt almost like an apartment complex and very home-y. Was very quiet for a hotel & grounds very clean with it being pet friendly. Would definitely stay again or recommend. "

"Room, check in, amenities were good, But we had a issue with male worker at night. He called us at 12 am at night asking to come to front desk because we are not officially checked in. We checked in at 4:00 pm, filled out form with our info, swiped credit card for security deposit, got our room key. We came at midnight showing him that we have pending transaction on our credit card for security deposit. He didn’t even want to look at it. He said that in his computer doesn’t show that, and we are...
