"Went on holiday for a couple weeks in the UK. This was my favorite room that I rented due to the kind owner and the amenities. The room had a Microwave & Refrigerator/freezer, which is something that all of the other hotel rooms I rented lacked. "Great hotel in a fantastic location. The room was very comfortable. We loved the still and sparkling water machines by the elevator. The front desk staff was attentive and helpful. The only drawback was that we asked for a late check out but were told we couldn't ask for one until the day of our departure, only for it to be declined. Also, the lobby seems to be always occupied by workers on laptops, which we didn't find welcoming at all. "

"The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and very convenient. The Indian restaurant inside the hotel was outstanding. Rooms were a bit small, but very clean & quiet. It was an older hotel, so no AC, but they provided a table fan which worked well enough for sleeping. Was in a great location, BT 2 tube stations. Very convenient, and a great Italian restaurant around the corner. All in all, an excellent experience !!!"

I only had two issues with my stay: -There’s room for improvement when it comes to breakfast, a few more dishes wouldn’t hurt. -They lack a few amenities (toiletries to be specific).
