"Very friendly"

"What a wonderful place to stay in Sanur. We stayed in the 2 bedroom cottage. It had a kitchen and open air living area. The bedrooms are air conditioned. The 2nd bedroom is upstairs. Wayan and the rest of the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. There is a beach with many restaurants and bars that is about a 15 minute walk away. i would definitely stay here again."

"Overall, our stay had some positive highlights, particularly the excellent staff and a very enjoyable breakfast experience. However, there were several issues that affected our comfort. We encountered a problem with the air conditioning, and there was water leaking from the bathroom ceiling, which initially made the room feel unclean. Although the staff attended to it and the leakage eventually stopped, the issue was not handled as efficiently or thoroughly as expected. Additionally,...

"Beautiful hotel - gardens, pools and rooms all lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The health club area is amazing - beautiful adult pool area, and quiet spaces galore. Loads of activities offered at hotel like Pilates ,yoga , aquarobics , bike hire and stretch classes. Highly recommend."

"Great location very close to the boardwalk and a couple of minutes to Sanur’s Main Street. Rooms aren’t large but have everything you need. They do have 2 larger rooms/suites if you needed extra space. All are just steps away from the pool. The property is quite modern as it was fully renovated in Nov 2025. Cafe offers a decent breakfast. Would recommend"

"Suasana Tenang n Nyaman , sayang tidak beach front.."

"Bersih"

"Beautiful hotel, sad we were only there for one night! It is across the highway from a lot of restaurants, but with some patience the highway is crossable or you can take a quick grab. The property is stunnig, rooms are really nice, and bathrooms are beautiful and clean too!"

"Great hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, but this is personnel for must travellers. Location only 200 m to beach and just a few metres to the main road of Sanur to walk to many places to eat and drink."
