"Never got to stay here due to an injury that my husband suffered. Dr. told us go home right away. In excitement forgot to cancel thiscreservation. Added expedia insurance coverage a joke!! Insurance asking fir ketter from hotel and expedia before I can proceed. No one contacting me back from hotel and expedia site only sends me to insurance company!!!"

"The king size bed in the room was old with the hump in the middle. The room housekeeping was erratic, a couple of days no housekeeping, a few once a day and a few twice a day. Cleaning of the room was superficial, no cleaning of patio. We did not use the spa.The fittness room was nice but the steam room is at the spa."

"First of all this is not a 24/7 hands on place at all. The front desk only works from 8am to 10 pm. So if you have anything that you need you won't get it. If the pipe burst, need towels, light bulb you won't be able to get anything ontil that time. So emergency around that time isn't available. Outside my room iheard a loud bang.
