"We had a nice stay at the Holiday Inn in Lancaster. The location is great and is within walking distance of most everything, restaurants, shopping, and the Convention Center. The staff were excellent and provided wonderful service. The door to our room did have a gap from the floor and so we could hear everything in the hallway. "

"This was by far the worst dump we've ever stayed in. Should have read the reviews, my fault there! Sign on the front said NOW OPEN. Silly, I took this as "we've updated things." NOTHING could be further from the truth! However long it was closed for, they did nothing but open again. Mold on the ceiling, rust in the bathtub, no closer on the bathroom door, only the knob. The peephole in the front door was missing...they stuffed a tissue in it. Bi-fold door on the closet...literally, DOOR. The...

"This was a great stay for our family trip to Lancaster. Pool with a kids activity pool in a separate area, small arcade, clean upgraded lounge areas, nice lobby bar. The staff at the desk was attentive and kind, warm cookies on arrival. I will for sure be back to stay at this property! "

"This place is so cute and quaint. I came here for a weekend getaway with my best friend celebrating her birthday. We also had massages booked in the Spa. The room we had was spacious and gorgeous. The hallways gave a feel of old luxury. We definitely didn’t feel like we were in Lancaster. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing getaway. "
