"This was one of the best hotel rooms we've had in Japan after living and travelling throughout Japan for 5 years. This is a new hotel so it doesn't have the stale smoke smell or 1980s era alarm clock. Our room was very spacious with a kitchenette (stove, microwave, large refrigerator, pans, plates, bowls, and utensils), clothes washing machine, seating area with table. When I arrived, they told me 2 adults and 1 child couldn't share the room that I booked with those specifications through Expedia and they tried charging us to upgrade to a bigger room.
