"Great hotel within walking distance of Monument underground station, and just over the river from Borough Market. Our room was clean and well equipped with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom.
The only issue we did have was that the room was not ready when we came to check in over an hour after it should have been, however Ash on reception was very helpful and got it sorted quickly as well as providing our group with a free drink whilst we waited.
Overall, I can highly recommend club quarters,...

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The Room Service, front desk staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. "Loved my stay! Very easy check in on the tablets. Room was cool with the lights. Everything was done on an iPad which was pretty cool. My tv worked but kept glitching so bit annoying.
Bed was comfy. Only thing is the blinds being functioned from the iPad mine kept catching and wouldn’t go down after a certain point. Pretty annoying. I did try myself but didn’t want to break anything. It would catch every single time and go slanted.
Great stay and location. Would def stay again"

"The hotel’s location was excellent, just a 10 minute walk from Waterloo Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around London and sightseeing.
Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet was below expectations, with limited variety and quality compared to other hotels in a similar price range. The room layout was also quite unusual, with the toilet being completely separate from the sink and shower. While this may suit some guests, I found it impractical and less convenient for everyday...

"The hotel is in a lovely location, only a couple of mins from the tube station. Both members of staff were very friendly and really helpful. Our room was small, however it was very clean and they managed to fit an en suite in there. We would definitely stop here again and will recommend our friends to give it a try if they were planning on staying in London."
