"If I am being honest this hotel is a little on the older side however for a night or two it was fine. I would suggest that you bring your own pillows as the ones here are so small they are basically travel size pillows and if you are a heavier build person bring your own towel as the ones here are small. Other than that it was fine. "

"I stayed at the Walt Disney World Swan Resort with three adults and a one-year-old baby, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.
The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. I accidentally locked my credit card, and as a result, our room was locked as well. We arrived at the hotel around 9:00 PM, and I went to the front desk to explain the situation. The employee told me it would take a short time to unlock the door, but we ended up waiting for hours with no solution.
