"The hotel is in a great location and easy to get around. The piano bar is wonderful. The pool is very small and the staff was not very helpful and helping us understand what was available to us. Never did they ever mention any of their accommodations to us at check-in it was very mechanical and not very personable."

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly.
The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room.
We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Best stay yet in Vegas. Pretty much in the middle and walkable to anything and everything. Staff was friendly and super helpful. Beds were amazingly comfortable."

"I reserved and paid a room at Nobu but at check in I wast told that my reservation is transferred to Cesar’s. Room had old and wore d our towels. I am very disappointed with Expedia reservations. You don’t pay for Mercedes and get a Toyota."
