"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly.
The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room.
We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Very clean and very nice for the cost. Did not use the laundry. Seemed to be family friendly. Needed to find a person who was employed there because we had nrver visited Vegas and didn’t know where to park. Could not find anyone (check-in is on a computer) I thought I would call but could not find a number that was t a recording to visit the website. . we ended up parking in a parking deck not attached to them and walking too far and then I was charged for parking by them. "The hotel is beautiful and feels like a hidden getaway in the large complex of Caesars Palace. The lobby floor almost feels like you are at a spa. A nice perk is that the pool area is packed but there is a section where if you show your Nobu key you can get access and it was no problem to get pool chairs there"
