"Visited the hotel for our anniversary and my wife's birthday. Our daughter contacted the hotel who were excellent in helping her to arrange for flowers chocolates and balloons to be placed in our room. Nothing was too much trouble for them including the loan of an umbrella as we had mislaid ours. Very attentive pleasant and friendly staff I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a comfortable stay."

"The staff was always very helpful both the day and night staff - George and Elijah I believe. My room was clean and I appreciated the amenities. I thought the breakfast was excellent - ordered an English breakfast. The location was close to the Marble Arch to sight see a few places; and close to the train station and bus station. I would stay again and will tell others about it."

"This is a lovely hotel and I rebooked it because of the lovely experience I previously had. Unfortunately I could not say the same for this trip. None of the VIP services were observed and the hotel was at maximum occupancy with other guest getting preferred treatment . Such a shame"

"Perfect and delightful for a solo female traveler. Great location near to cafes and restaurants; welcoming and helpful staff; delicious breakfast and cute lobbybar. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I loved the in room coffee option and treats, and having air conditioning was especially welcome as I visited during the May heat wave. Would definitely stay again."

We were delighted that the hotel had the service of checking in before 10 and being able to leave our baggage and it being in our hotel room on our return from the cricket. The room I was allocated only had a 4’6 bed but fortunately I was not sharing. "The staff were outstanding as was the price for the prime location within the Marylebone neighborhood. The staff were available 24/7 and prepared excellent lattes and cappuccinos to stay or go. The only minor issue was the bathroom size and privacy."
