The Grand at Trafalgar Square
My room was billed as a premium room. It had no windows. It was under an eave that slanted down over the bed. I felt like Cinderella before the ball in the attic.

Royal National Hotel
Great location, clean room, comfy bed. Annoyingly the left luggage room was full & we was told to speak to the manager who did nothing. If they had put the overflow in to a meeting room or ground floor room it would have solved the issue and settled the frustration of many people who had to carry ...
