"At check in we gave the front desk a different CC to charge for room and tax, she took both of our driver’s licenses and swiped the card so I’m not sure where the confusion came into play for her, we stressed that the card that was given at the time of reservation was only to hold the room and yet they still managed to screw simple instructions up. I even went as far as to check out at front desk for my bill at hand, I guess my fault was not checking myself out and babysitting the process. When looking at my bill on the drive home there was an additional “amenities fee” aka a resort fee however this property is far from a resort. Not once did I notice or see in print that is additional fee was an add on. I stay in Jasper quite bit usually at the JPL, I wanted try something new but that’s my mistake. I have tried to contact this property but there is no direct numbers, so I gues all I have left is to leave this review. Very disappointed with my entire experience."

"We absolutely loved our stay! Staff were very helpful whether it was setting up a crib for our son or even a dog bowl for our dog ! Would definitely stay again. Perfect place for a family trip. More than enough room for everyone ! "
