"Ocean was blocked by the roof. Pool did not have enough chairs - had to wake at 6 am to get a chair at all. No chairs on the beach. Pool was clean and entertainment staff around the pool were energetic and fun"

One of the highlights was the rooftop pool area, which was pristine and beautifully maintained—a perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The service throughout our stay was seamless and accommodating. Late checkout was provided without difficulty, and the hotel staff graciously arranged transportation to the airport, making our departure completely stress-free. "

An all round beautiful experience not to be missed if visiting CDMX. We have travelled the world and rate Hotel Geneve as very good value PS - great breakfast!"

"The buffet food was horrible. They make you line up at 9am to book the “a la carte” restaurants and the food with those isn’t much better. I got uber eats 3 of my 5 nights at the resort. I read reviews before selecting this resort and i cant help but feel completely lied to. People gave 4.5/5 and i can only assume they’ve been paid or never actually been to the resort. I talked to about 15 other groups staying here and they all said the same thing im saying right now. Save your money, stay at a different resort. "
