"The staff were pleasant, the room was clean and the breakfast was good. However, we knew the hotel was accessed via shuttle from the terminal, so we followed the terminal signs saying "Hilton" believing they would lead us to the shuttle. After a long walk, the signs lead you to the wrong Hilton hotel. We had to pay a taxi 35 euros to take us to the right hotel. Very annoying experience! The Hilton and airport need to install better signs. Apparently this error happens a lot."

"I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Staff was very friendly, beds comfortable and breakfast was delicious. Hotel is located near many restaurants and short walking distance to train station. We were able to get anywhere in the Rome via trains and metro for 8 euros day pass. But you can easily access Vatican or colosseum with 3 euros tickets. Ostia is suppose to be beach recreational area but I wouldn’t recommend it for beach vacation. Area is way too dirty with old disgusting buildings....

"Showers flooded our first room poorly designed showers that don't drain properly doors didn’t close flooded the bathroom. Body wash was almost empty in our second room since we had to leave the first room. Bed in the first room very hard basically a box spring. They did accommodate us to a new room but same issue with the shower. "Amazing hotel! It’s super close to the train station, and the Colosseum is just about a 20-minute walk away. There’s also a bus stop within walking distance, which makes getting around really convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel was spotless, and it offered plenty of amenities. Love that you can wash your clothes before taking off. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay at one of their other properties in the future."
