"I did not know about having to pay about parking in the hotel parking lot. I will never be back and will let everyone know about this and I was told they are not responsible if anything happens to your vehicle after you pay them for parking. Greed will get you no where. Just remember when you are gone you can not take it with you. Greed is a sin."

"We had a great time staying y the wilderness at the Smokies. We stayed during the week so there weren’t any lines. Hotel was very clean. Family friendly. Check in was fast. Staff was friendly-more so in the stone hill lodge where we stayed than the river lodge. Shuttle bus was available every 15min to transport to the waterpark. The only downfall was we weren’t aware of the construction going on for half of the waterpark so that was a bit of a let down but we still had fun. Park hours aren’t....

"Great breakfast options, omelets freshly made! Room was clean, little smaller then I would like for 3 adults but it worked. The AC unit while running had a smell to it, should be serviced or cleaned. Over all, very good. Within walking distance to down town, about 20 minutes."

"Clean rooms and property. I got to breakfast at a time where there were few pickens, but what I had was good. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Just 2 minutes walk to the Island and all we needed was close by. Possibility of staying there again in November for my birthday."
