"I was disappointed with this hotel as it was supposed to be 5 star. The staff were just ok didn’t really go out of their way with help or advice. The barman was quite unhelpful and rude. Also there was building work going on next door so we couldn’t even sit on the balcony or have the doors open because of this. The hotel did not fore warn us of this when we booked otherwise I would have reconsidered our stay!"

"Beautiful room with beautiful view of the river, just like on the picture. Great location as well, about 10-15 minutes walk to most attractions. The host was great at communication. The only thing is initially we were charged the wrong amount for the city tax, which was confusing why that happened . Make sure to double check how many euros per person a day for the city tax."

"Practical position to access Porto Town. Plenty buses if you didn’t want to walk. Suite was very well proportioned, clean, comfortable bed and good quality to, coffee machine, kettle etc. We had breakfast 2 mornings and it was delicious, croissants, bread, meat, cheese, jam, yogurt, fruit, orange juice and coffee. The room was very clean and overlooked the iconic river, where you can feel the cool breeze and hear the seagulls and faraway live music. "Litet och mysigt med gångavstånd till det mesta. Ett litet kök där man kan laga mat om man vill. Rummen med utsikt mot floden är att föredra då man slipper ljuden mot gatan. Grym service och en kanon restaurang i bottenplanet. Receptionspersonalen är outstanding."
