Housekeeping did an excellent job and ensured everything was perfectly maintained throughout our visit. We traveled during very cold weather, and walking into the warm, cozy lobby was such a welcoming and comforting experience. We had no issues at all during our stay, and everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future!"

"Good location for Odaiba. There’s a big Aeon supermarket near by. It’s only a few minutes walk from Shinagawa Seaside Station (Rinkai Line) and there’s a bus to Haneda Airport nearby. The view from this hotel lounge is great! The rooms are slightly smaller but it’s a common size for Japanese Business Hotels. I have been staying at the hotel many times, and I will be back. "
