"The room smells like it has a bad drainage system. Once we enter the room and it smells like the toilet has been backed up. The fabric spray provided was useless. Attitude of staff were mixed, some discrimination were definitely present. Felt harrassed by the staff to settle the bill due to deciding to have extra guest in the room which we also had already decided to pay for. "

"We had a fantastic time here. Our host greeted us upon arrival and asked if we would like to participate in an authentic tea ceremony. We got dressed in provided outfits, and the kids loved making matcha tea with the host. We loved the two levels, the indoor and outdoor baths, and the washing machine (kids use up a lot of clothes). All the amenities were conveniently located, and we easily found everything we needed. We were traveling with our 1-year-old child, and having an entire house to ourselves—including space to store a stroller, a tatami room, and a proper bathroom—made our trip especially comfortable and enjoyable."
