"While "amazing" is an overused term these days, we were truly amazed at how nice this hotel is. We arrived on a very hot and muggy day in September after a long trip to Kyoto, and were blown away by the reception from the staff, the luxury of the lobby, the spaciousness of our room, and just the overall ambiance of this property.
