"The room smells like it has a bad drainage system. Once we enter the room and it smells like the toilet has been backed up. The fabric spray provided was useless. Attitude of staff were mixed, some discrimination were definitely present. Felt harrassed by the staff to settle the bill due to deciding to have extra guest in the room which we also had already decided to pay for. "

The staff was very flexible for us arriving later and departing earlier than typical front desk hours. They were very responsive and kind. We were sad to leave. The gyoza restaurant downstairs was also very good and a perfect pick-me-up after a long day. It is a decent walk (9m) to the trains but close to some bus lines. We weren’t bothered...
