The staff is exceptional, attentive, engaging, never coming across as just doing a job, but seemingly interacting proactively with guests. A whole new higher standard of service altogether. "Clean inside but did smell a little like Clorox. Very nice updated place and comfortable bed. It could use adding another dish towel - only one was supplied - and maybe a dish cloth for washing dishes. Also the tap water was not the best, it would be a nice touch to add an RO system, a Brita, or at least a few water bottles for guests in case of emergency. Great location and parking. The weeds next to the house were pretty overgrown so maybe cleaning up the landscaping a bit would be good."

"The room was great. Water pressure in shower was amazing. Their smoking area needs a seat. The biggest problem I had was when I asked them to book a cab for 7:30 to airport they confirmed they had. In morning SUV pulled up and asked if I was 7:30. I said I was waiting for cab. Front desk confirmed that was who they booked. As a lone female I asked him to further confirm by calling my number. He did. The charge was 45.00. I knew the fare was 30.00. I needed to get to airport so I paid. I only...

"I was on the 15th floor, the furniture and fixtures were a bit beat up and the knob in the shower fell off. Other than that, great hotel, walkable distance to Broadway or $10 Uber ride."

"The 1 Hotel, in general, is such an elite group of properties. The 1 Nashville did not disappoint. Upon pulling up to valet, I went inside to check-in at which time the staff was already unloading my luggage from the car. "One of my favorite hotel stays. Very clean. Easy access through lobby to bar/restaurant, Country Music Hall of Fame, coffee shop and other amenities. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. I will be staying there again and recommend the hotel if you want a luxury feel for a reasonable price."
