"For a family of three, our room with a queen bed was too small, so we were offered an upgrade, which was very kind. The staff is outstanding. Not one time while our daughter was at the resort did we worry. She loved the lounge and quick access to the beach and pool. I loved the grounds and private patio. All around a great stay!"

"The resort is absolutely awesome. Its like escaping into a Amazon forest. The staff were incredible. Everything is super clean. The service is fast. Our safe stopped working and guy was there in 5 minutes to fix. The food was unbelievable, especially the buffet. Most buffet food is like "fast food". Not here!! Wish i had the shrimp recipe!!. Choices were extensive. The "chefs choice" night dinner was also excellent!!! I really cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I would...

"This Hotel far exceeded my expectations. It had high rating but I thought it was probably overrated until I arrived . The Views ,Ocean Cliffs Amazing Staff from Heather , Afri, Raquel , Richmond the Bartender , even the Maintenance Guy Cardaine made sure we were comfortable. We had Swedish massage and it was so amazing I went in to have my first ever facial . That too was rejuvenating. That's Shanique , you did an amazing job . We will be back .
