"I didn't like how you had to have reservations for almost all the restaurant the pool restaurant I didn't enjoy the food the staff was too relaxed meaning they overlooked the guests due to having their own conversations and when asked for something it almost appeared as if you were bothering them not all staff was like that just a few the food was not what I expected it to be very Americanized"

"Just stayed 14 days in B block. 1-100, they earned a 98. Grounds are immaculate. Staff work around the clock to maintain cleanliness, using fallen flowers to make hearts on the main lawn, never got the man's name but he renews the lawn daily! Housekeeping is near perfect!
