"This is my second stay at the resort, given that it was at full Easter capacity it was excellent service. From check in to check out and all in between. Towels, food and bev, room cleanliness-all the staff were very pleasant and helpful.
The hotel had plenty of activities to entertain the whole family from kids to adults, we were able to find space by the pools whichever we went to so they were very well prepared for a full house…
The food was great, the only thing we found tricky was...

"Overall we had a nice stay. Adults with tweens and teens. The staff was friendly. The rooms were decent nice property. I would say they need more pool space because when they’re at full capacity, the seating became a challenge. We did the bike tour that was fun. My friends enjoyed the spa. I wasn’t crazy about the food, but it was OK. I still had a relaxing time."

"This was the worst stay ever. Nothing worked from the TV, Mini fridge, and phone. We couldn't get room service much less call the front for anything. Elevators weren't working. And someone got stuck every 15 minutes. When you bring up any of the concerns everyone acts so unaware and nonchalant. No help what's so ever. The WiFi also kept going in and out. The rooms had a moldy smell even after requesting to change the sheets. Parking lot had construction men working and security sleeping. "
