This was my second time staying at the Hyatt Grand Central location in New York. It’s the perfect location, right next to Grand Central terminal, making transportation so easy. The hotel room itself was very clean. I plan on coming back again in the future.

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
When arriving, the wife and kids were excited to be there. But soon that went away. the main entrance is closed, so you have to come around the side of the building. Hyatt Regency Times Square
The free breakfast package didn’t have enough variety. Not enough healthy items and service was slow. The thermostat never worked right in our room. It was either too cold or too hot all week. I really couldn’t believe that this hotel for as much as it cost didn’t have a concierge in it for info ...
