"From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. The room was lovely and there were little elements such as Starbucks coffee, deodorant, toiletries and a bottle of water which were nice little touches. We used the shuttle to downtown Burbank and Universal which was so convenient. The staff couldn't do enough to help, the hotel and the area are wonderful. Would highly recommended and will definitely return. "

"Property is well maintained, clean floors/carpet, clean and spacious rooms, clean bathroom. Nice pool, workout room. Only drawback is that it's located next to the 5 fwy, which can be convenient for travel/transportation, but also lacks a city vibe, but does have restaurants within walking distance."
"It's a very classic style inn, offering great quality-price rooms. Very clean, nice and spacious. Free self-parking and the all-day available coffee, juice, and drinks are awesome. Breakfast is not that great since it's mostly just bagels, fruit, cereal and pastries but overall the experience is great since the area is pretty quiet and there's a security guard 24/7, apparently. Also, filming happens sometimes there!
I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider going back next time!"
"This hotel was nice, very quiet, rooms were a good size and beds were comfy. I did have a small issue but when I spoke to the front desk it was sorted. Staff were great and very helpful. Would definite stay here again. "

"upon arriving in my room i noticed the fridge wasn’t on & i needed to store breast milk. i went down to the front desk and staff was kind enough to store my freezer packs and milk in their staff refrigerator. i was worried i would have had to dump my supply and i’m very grateful for such a kind gesture no matter how small it may seem to others. "
"Very clean and good location. We really only slept there because we got there at 10pm and left by 7am but it was very clean, quiet and safe. Parking was an extra $25 which I did see ahead of time but was hoping they'd not charge since they are in a big (and pretty safe) shopping center where there is tons of other free parking within just a min walk away. Ive stayed here once before and it was clean, comfortable and in good shape. That's why I decided to stay here. We were going to be coming in...
"It was so so quiet, bed was very comfortable, owners are so so nice, and very friendly, we asked for something and had it literally in less than a minute. Check in was fast and easy, only problem was the AC is a little loud, but I still slept so good. I DEFINITELY recommend this place, specially if you want peace and quiet. If you get room with kitchenette, just take your cookware and dishes. Next time I go down that way I'll definitely stay there. "
"I had an issue with someone playing loud music at 7:30 AM and complained and it was dealt with immediately. Good continental breakfast. Easy parking."

"It was pretty neutral ... I mean, what do we really need in a motel: a bed, bathroom, TV, dogs allowed ... all that was just fine. But then you meet the staff. And that's when you realize why people love this place. I've never met a staff more like long term friends than "workers". The staff makes this good motel a GREAT motel."
"The staff is excellent. I showed up early and they accommodated, the room has a nice ambiance based on the modern decor. Shower had good pressure, though I wasn’t the biggest fan of the body wash scent. Smelled exactly like Lysol, that fake lemony. The gym was great, and the temp in there was 66; much appreciated as it felt even better than those big fans. Bed was really good. Went to take a nap at 3pm and slept through my 6pm alarm; woke up 13 hours later. I guess that’s one way to skip dinner....
