"Second time staying at this hotel. Our room was ready early in time for our arrival which was excellent and the location of the hotel was perfect for us. However, service in the restaurant, for both breakfast and lunch, was truly awful and ruined our experience. We won't stay again as there are better hotels in the immediate area."

"Overall, the stay was okay. The location was great, but the room was unbelievably hot overnight. The fan provided was broken and wouldn’t run properly, and although we left the windows open, they had been closed when we returned, making it impossible to cool the room. We ended up having to wet towels just to keep cool and had a pretty sleepless night.
We also had to wait until exactly 2:00 pm to check in, which felt unnecessarily rigid."

"Lots of stains on carpet. Breakfast if extortionate. 33 quid for a full English!
Stayed over 1 night and fire alarm went off 4-5 times until 3am. Staff did not know the cause and ensure it wouldn’t happen again… and It did.
However, in the morning reception staff ensured a full refund without ask due to the inconvenience and lack of sleep. Bed was very comfy and mini bar was full with goodies :)"

"Lovely view from the breakfast room across the river to O2 Arena. Bedroom (standard) a good size, bath and shower in ours, much appreciated as we walked a lot and had very tired feet. "Loved my stay! Very easy check in on the tablets. Room was cool with the lights. Everything was done on an iPad which was pretty cool. My tv worked but kept glitching so bit annoying.
Bed was comfy. Only thing is the blinds being functioned from the iPad mine kept catching and wouldn’t go down after a certain point. Pretty annoying. I did try myself but didn’t want to break anything. It would catch every single time and go slanted.
Great stay and location. Would def stay again"
