"Room with queen size bed was very small, hardly any room to put suitcases much less walk around the room.
hotel had no washcloths on property. We had to purchase washcloths from a local store to be able to take a shower. We asked for several days and was informed by staff that there was non on property. No washcloths is very unacceptable.
There is no room service provided at this location.
Very disappointed, we booked this hotel because we stayed at Riu in other locations and was very pleased....

"My son and I stayed the Templeton Garden for four nights. We received small but adequate room. Unfortunately, there were many, many stains on the carpet, and an unsatisfactory amount of scuffs and dirt on the walls. In the hotel description the room was supposed to have a refrigerator. "One of the most interesting experiences I've ever had in a hotel. The pods' size was spacious enough for a person to sleep comfortably and keep their belongings. The staff was nice and helpful, and the ambience felt dream-like, especially the bathrooms, which in itself was a great experience. I was surprised by how clean the bathrooms were, given the number of people who would use those bathrooms. Would absolutely come back whenever I traveled to London again."
