"The hotel service was unfriendly. They dont allow early check in, even when the rooms are ready. They only accept check in time at 3pm, so at that time everyone that has been waiting at the lobby,, all have to queue again to get the key. Which is very unefficient. And i have request for a late check out, an extention of only 1 hour from check out time which is 12pm because my son was not feeling well and want to rest before our bus to the airport at 13pm. Even that, they dont allow. So...

"The stay was excellent with the highlights being that it was very clean and quiet. The housekeeping team was the friendliest I’ve ever encountered. It’s also in a great area with lots of nearby shopping. The only downside was that the room size is small, but that was known when booking the room. Would definitely stay here again."
