"Rooms are tiny but well designed. A little hard if you have a lot of luggage. Only opened 2 months when we were there and the digital check in was a bit rocky. Otherwise, great location and very clean and modern. "

Get a reservation at nearby Bouchon Racine for a fancy French meal while you are here. About a 30-40 min walk to main attractions like Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square, but the advantage is that you get to stay out of the large tourist crowds. "

Two areas to improve: * Housekeeping: There was no cleaning during our one-week stay. "Good hotel right on the water front. The city view rooms should be taken with a pinch of salt as you don’t see much really. Great cocktail bar in floor 12 with prices that are not that bad, just a bit bad. Room rates seem on the high side but I guess you’re paying extra for the location."
