Check in was easy and the staff member was well informed and assisted us with advice on trip options etc. Only complaint is that when trying to get a drink one evening we were told the bar was closing (09:40ish) however we then overheard to waiter saying to others still in the bar it was ok for them there was still 20mins to go. "Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Lisbon! The hosts were extremely attentive and made our check-in process effortless. They sent a detailed WhatsApp message with clear instructions on how to enter the property and how to get there — which was incredibly helpful, as the apartment is located at the top of a hill. Their tips about the nearby elevators were much appreciated and made arriving with our bags much easier! We thought the location was incredible — just a stone’s throw from the castle and...

"The room was pretty and spacious. The staff was outstanding, truly great service especially Francois. The only thing I did not like was the shower didn’t drain properly and the tub shower head was limited in its reach. Otherwise a great place to stay!"
