"This is a very nice hotel/resort. Our room was very nice and clean. I recommend if you do stay to walk around the whole resort and see what it has to offer. Multiple pools around the area that is free if you don’t want to pay for the water park. If you’re a guest you pay to get in the water park ($25/person, kids are free to a certain age) but honored guests are free. We stay in a one bedroom suite/villa. Lots of space for my toddler to run around he also loved the jacuzzi inside the master...

"The place was very clean organized but when I reserved the room was with 2 full size bed with a kitchen, they give me one king size bed and a sofa bed that no one can sleep on it as soon as you lay down you go almost to the floor and if you try to move was making a lot of noise, beside that when i make my reservation with expidia i made all payments in full but when I reached there they charge me $272 for the resort fee im very disappointed"

"Everything was fine except when i had to pick up garbage bags myself instead of the reception sending someone to drop them off to the room and they ony gave me 2 i felt like they should provide more cleaning supplies over all everything was fine."
