"This is a must stay if you’re going to Venice and seeking a luxury hotel. The rooms are beautiful, as well as the hotel overall. There is a courtyard that felt so indulgent after a day of exploring. The location allowed us to pop in and out and explore at our own pace. While all of that was excellent, the main reason you should stay here is because of the service. "Great location in Venice, a short walk to St Mark’s Square. Room was consistent with Venetian style decor. Also overlooks the canal and a bridge which makes it a wonderful place for taking photos. Opening the door through the app was not straightforward but there is option to get a physical key instead. Check in was done online and was hassle free. Room was ready when we arrived. Would stay here again."

"My friend and I had a ground floor room. I did experience some noise from the Reception when people arrived or departed. Our room was lovely. The choice at breakfast was excellent and all the staff were lovely and very helpful. I would really recommend this hotel."

"Beautiful property, fit our family of 6 without any issue- very spacious. Excellent location as well - very walkable. 4 stars only for accessibility. Having four kids wait in the rain after a long travel night and the staff not arrive on time for 10am was tough. We just wanted to drop our bags but had to wait outside for some to show up to do so. Same problem with check out day - you lose you ability to access the building so although you can leave your bags, you are locked out of the...

"Fantastic location right on the canal by the rialto bridge! It was great being able to walk right out of the room into the heart of the city. Easy access to everything and boat transportation to get in and out for travel. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Great views from the rooftop bar!"

"スタッフは感じ良く、部屋の設備はこだわりを感じお洒落で快適に過ごせました。M'artでの朝食は美味しく景色も良くてとても気に入りました。事前に依頼していた加湿器も用意されていました。残念だったのは、以前ヴェニスを訪問した時よりもヴァポレットが想像以上に混雑していて時間をロスした事です。ホテルからは水上タクシーの手配の案内は受け取っていたのですが、もう一歩踏み込んで混雑情報を知らせてもらえればもっとスムーズにチェックイン出来たかもしれないと感じました。しかしこれはこちらから確認するべきだったかもしれませんね。 もう一つ、ホテルのアートを鑑賞出来なかったのが心残りでした。"

"Lovely hotel. Very central to all parts of Venice. Quiet at night which was great after a long day sightseeing. Good facilities. Lovely roof top terrace/bar. We didn’t opt to have breakfast as we wanted to go out early and explore but thought the value of €15 was good for a buffet as Venice isn’t cheap. Great location, clean and staff very helpful. Would definitely stay again"

"The hotel was lovely but be forewarned that what the hotel calls a king/double bed room is a European king size which is 64 inches instead of a US king which is 76 inches wide. Hotel was gracious when we pointed it out but we were expecting a US King. Also, as is probably the case in a lot of Venetian hotels, the room was tiny, smallest room I've ever stayed in over my multiple trips to Italy, with little floor space but the bathroom was a lovely size."
