"My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Live Aqua Punta Cana for her birthday. The personal attention from the staff made this getaway special. A huge thank-you to Marlene. She coordinated our Italian dinner reservation, spa appointments, and romantic beach dinner, which my wife described as lovely. She sent us an itinerary, reminded us about the spa, and suggested arriving early for hydrotherapy. She checked in throughout our stay and even reached out on departure day to wish us a safe trip...

"Amazing Hotel, the staff serves with excellence. Facilities are beautiful and well taken care of. Highly recommend this hotel."

"un poco más de limpieza"

"We had a great stay at Ocean El Faro! The resort was very well maintained, and the pools were extremely clean. The beach and ocean were also clean, which made the overall experience enjoyable. I would rate the food a 3.5/5. It wasn’t bad at all, but it was pretty typical all-inclusive resort food. There were options to choose from, but nothing that really stood out to me. The biggest area I feel the resort could improve on is the activities and entertainment. I would have loved to see more...

"We booked this thinking there would be activities for the kids throughout the day, HOW WEONG WERE WE! You would think that you would see Nick characters walking the property occasionally, NOPE! The rooms are not too bad. Definitely showing it's age. Furniture looks terrible, shower doors don't close properly, etc. I would not be going back."

"Beautiful place nice beach"

"The resort was a basic resort. Would recommend for first timers."

"Super nettes kleines Hostal, in dem man sich wohl fühlt. Alles ist schön sauber"

"People at the aparta hotel was super nice, price was super affordable, costumer service always there no matter at what time you try to go to their office within the building they always help you, their recommendations and their aid during excursions was also very very helpful, compared to all the other places around Punta Cana I wanna say this aparta hotel, was comfortable AC was awesome, cleanliness always on the spot, we are a noisy couple always with music on and we talk loud and dance and we...

"It’s a little paradise, perfect for small groups of few families as a private resort! Food was exceptional!"

"Property is very well maintained and big where there are many options. Peruvian and French restaurants were my favorite. My butler RAFAEL P was fabulous. Checked on us daily, did all my dinner reservations, and was always one step ahead with everything.EMMANUEL at the sports bar was great! VICTOR the cart driver was so kind. LEONEL and JONATHAN very pleasant. The 3 night bartenders at the family lobby were awesome (I forgot to catch their names ). The staff, property and its cleanliness, and...

"Great resort!"

"We had an AMAZING time! The property’s manager/main bartender made our time there extraordinary! He went above and beyond great customer service levels and because of him, emphasizing again, BECAUSE OF HIM and his outstanding level of customer service (which we are finding is difficult to find these days) we are planning on being back at least once per year! His staff/helper bartenders were great too, and Chefs made us some amazing authentic Dominican experience type food and drinks!!! We made...
